My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a few ups and downs. The location was excellent, near the Vatican and other historical places, making it convenient for sightseeing. The service was good, with helpful staff pointing out the best places to visit and dine. However, the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and could have been darker at night. The dining options were limited to just tea/coffee and sweet treats, which was a downside.
